真想说这是一次不愉快的入住，我们的出行订单明明都是提前一个多星期预定好了大床房，全额付款。等到我们入住了，酒店在未做任何通知，告知的情况下，把我们的房间全部换了，还假模假式的说是升级了，如果我们需要双人间就直接订了，还真不需要辛苦酒店方来给我们的大床房升级成双人间了，所谓的升级就是一个房间一张床升级成两张吗？太失望了！如果酒店方没那么多房间，当天下午来协调通知我们都会好说，偏偏要等到晚上9点来入住的时候了，告诉我们说升级了，其实你们不说我们也是知道，大床房销得比较好 卖完了。但是有些时候是不是也要考虑一下诚信问题呢，一直不愿意和我们协调，最后打的投诉电话才解决的问题，最后只能说是谢谢永定区旅游局的张局长。区工商局和艺龙的售后协调人员给我们解决的问题，区工商局也给我们很中肯的建议，网购有风险，以后尽量不要网购，谢谢！

来张家界五天，是住得最好的一个晚上，酒店位置好找，（导航和手机百度都可以）老板人非常好，前台非常热情有礼，办理入住手续也十分熟练，房间十分温馨，装修也很高大上，还提供了免费的一次性用品，这可是很多酒店没有的，而且在艺龙订的还有返现24元钱呢，超合算，如果有机会再来张家界一定还住华南，??

酒店设施挺新的，老板和前台都不错，热水快，房间中央空调，唯一不太好的就是吃饭问题，如果提供早餐就更好了。
