酒店没得说，还是很不错的，订了两天，第一天都送了水果，第二天也送了，但是两个老人那间却没送水果，还差别对待吗？并且第一天进去房间就有一只苍蝇，除了这些其它都非常满意

立地は武陵源ゲートから徒歩数分、とても近い。施設も良い。ただし、フロントスタッフの対応が悪い。時間が掛かる。次から次へと対応しているが、ひとつひとつ片付けないので時間が掛かる。また、その対応が表情に出る。ホテル教育レベルが低い。

硬件不错，软件需要改善。早餐9点去只有残羹剩饭。酒店离景区大门很近这点优势非常满意，有许多细节不足只要加以改进今后一定会顾客盈门。
