带孩子和父母来的、到的很晚、前台小姑娘等了我们好久态度还是非常好、还送了小礼品、非常感谢！房间虽然不大、但很干净温馨、除了床垫有点不适应、其他都不错、如果还去还会选择住这里！

酒店服务不错，我们是半夜到张家界的，还特地来接我们过去的，就是客栈里没有电梯，如果拿大行李箱的就不太方便了。房间里面的设施虽然没有图片那么漂亮，但还是可以的。
