真心无语，住在顶楼，六点多起来赶飞机，结果电梯坏了，带着几个箱子，还有婴儿，推车，打前台电话也没人接，然后跑下去大厅整个漆黑的，就一个保安睡在沙发上，我说电梯坏了行李下不来，他说他又修不好，修电梯的也没人，我说找前台，他说前台下班了，我问要退房怎么办，他才不情不愿的去喊前台出来办理退房，我问前台电梯坏了，行李怎么办，结她喊那个保安去看，保安动都不动，我问前台行李怎么下来，他一句电梯坏了，她也不会修，我就呵呵了，后来抱着小孩，自己背着行李来回几趟才弄下来的，请酒店人帮忙也不动一下的，服务太差了

酒店位置很不错，靠近江边。住在七楼的这个房间视野那是相当给你。卫生很干净，好像是新装修的，但也没有什么味道。早餐也给个高分吧！反正这次入住的整体感觉还是非常不错的！很赞??
