整体服务不错，除了中间出了个小插曲，最后在我强硬态度下妥善解决。不足之处，空调不是特别凉快，早餐单调，个人感觉不如一线城市的连锁五星级酒店做的好。

五年前就住过这家酒店，这次再住，五年保养不错，尤其服务更加好了，能为客人着想，尤其大堂许经理值得给个大大的赞！餐厅还需改进，煎豆腐居然是酸的，交涉后才换新鲜的。
