酒店位置很好，开门见山，离武陵源汽车站很近，交通便利。硬件设施稍逊，但服务非常好，前台工作人员很热情，提供首日水果，每晚提供甜品，三公里内免费接送，早餐也不错，女儿超爱吃南瓜球球，总之，住???非常开心。

酒店就在森林公园附近，前台的小哥哥非常热情，还安排车辆接送我们，太贴心了，服务周到让人有种回到了家的感觉，这是很多酒店都做不到的，有种舍不得走的感觉，和家人商量下次再来的时候就直接住青和，这样就可以舒心的玩了，还有免费的泳池哦，可惜忘记拍照了

挂牌5星的酒店，硬件条件没的说！房间宽敞，卫浴TOTO，自家免费停车场，还有健身房和儿童活动室……从礼宾到前台，再到大堂经理，服务热情周到。特别是礼宾部小伙子曹鸿飞，得知我们第二天要去森林公园，主动热情地帮我们规划行程，讲的细致周到。即使第二天休假仍然通过微信指点迷津，万分感谢！酒店紧邻武陵源森林公园大门，周边饭馆也多，吃饭游玩都方便，强烈推荐！
