冷冰冰的接待！选的大床房说只有一间，顶楼一房一厅的，墙上挂着董事长职责，卧室没阳台。还是阁楼式的。晕！

这酒店真让我郁闷，定房时先咨询过，说一定要到店付款，于是做了担保的方式，今早到酒店，前台小姐说什么你通过代理定的，不一定有

酒店应该是三星的标准，整洁和干净，但最好自带洗漱用品和毛巾，但是夜间厕所有小强出没；前台服务人员和接电话的男生态度很好。
酒店位置真的是非常好，离主景点购票处仅200米之内，也安静。
酒店出门右转约100米，就有车到黄龙洞、火车站和汽车站。
酒店可以提供中、晚餐，出酒店左走过一条路就有好几家土家菜馆，味美，值得推荐。
