Hotel was clean and good but lots of smoking in the hotel. Hot springs were not hot springs and very disappointing as this was the only reason we booked this hotel. The laundry was also not good they do not do it in the hotel and send it out takes 3 days and my clothes where returned still wet and missing the bag. ,"Room was good"
