要是有零星直接就给零星才好。根本没有服务，前台混乱！根本没有人办理业务，就3波客人30分钟还没有办理完入住！太差！太差！太差！一起办理的客人都很气愤！前台的人员还在那有说有笑的！！！

我是周末临时预定的，没有标间了只能预定套房。房间大，顶两个标间了，但设施陈旧(有麻将桌)，没有一次性拖鞋，没有免费瓶装水，充电插头远(必须带插线板)，主要的是温泉十点半就关闭。
577元不含早餐，有富裕的停车场。
我个人认为不值。

干净利落种类不多，但够了，加床应该不行，但是每个屋都有四床被子，四个枕头，商务楼，屋里有地毯，位置离北京近，有的是地停车

酒店服务好，定房送温泉券，入住很快。酒店规模挺大的，房间比较干净，温泉不错，里面有水上游乐场，适合带孩子玩。酒店停车场挺大的，车位多不用担心找不到车位。

满足洗温泉的设施，档次一般，主要是在镇上，如果放在大一点的地方，价格也就高了，离北京近，所以，一到节假日，来这里的北京人很多，交通方便主要是自驾游，是“长城葡萄酒的正宗产地”
