酒店服务非常好 很热情 大厅 餐厅和客房都很干净 床也很舒服 早餐很丰盛 价格还不贵 而且个人需要发票 操作失误 麻烦酒店还给送到机场 非常贴心 推荐

停车不收费，房间很新，布置很好，价格实惠。非常棒的酒店，退房时还给带了两瓶水，房间里的免费水是农夫山泉。酒店服务很人性化。就是周边配套还差些，等南站建好，这个位置绝佳。

在张家口算硬件规范，服务好的。但是：1、下水道反味严重，两个楼层都如此，严重影响体验，要整体换地漏；2、无中餐晚餐，不便。
