  酒店大堂环境还是可以的，进店送了咖啡，前台的服务也很好，房间环境也很好，就是早餐厅简直不尽人意，首先是土豆丝里吃出钢丝了，找到服务员説不好意思让我重新换了餐盘，我又重新盛了茄子那道菜发现一根很长的头发还缠绕在菜里了，当时恶心到想吐，我又喊了餐厅服务员，结果端着那盘有头发的菜走掉了，我一直在等酒店工作人员找我解决沟通这件事情，等到退房也始终没有任何人找我，作为酒店服务行业这种已经算是比较严重的问题了，但是事发後第一时间并没有及时沟通解决也没有贯彻给一线员工，酒店这样的处理方式和态度不应该吧！

  回老家办事儿，这天儿冷的都冻冰了，喆啡酒店总能给我温暖，中央空调的暖风，一碗热气腾腾馄饨，一杯热咖啡，还有服务人员热情的服务，总之一个字暖！

  超预期酒店！！！首先説房间，乾净衞生风格特别，很温馨，再説早餐，超级丰富，荞麦餄餎很不错，养生餐，有特色，哈哈！服务人员都很热情，不论是前台还是客房，我带了小孩，前台主动提供床挡，前台小姐姐还赠送了免费的咖啡，我很喜欢，有机会一定会再来！
