  酒店式公寓，布局很不错，衞生间宽敞，乾湿分离，房间宽敞明亮，带阳台，虽然是园景房，但靠边，能看见雪道，床很舒服，房间衞生乾净。D栋很方便，温泉，滑雪，餐厅齐全，定的套餐，性价比很高，出门就是九索，新手友好，下次滑雪还住这里。

  满怀期待选择这家以“滑进滑出”为卖点的酒店，价格远超周边，但体验却差到离谱，是我遇到过员工培训最糟糕、管理最混乱的酒店 第一天就乱套。我明明订的双床房，进去一看是大床房，这就算了能凑合。打开冰箱更恶心，里面还有上个客人喝剩的牛奶，厕所里连肥皂都没有，地上污渍也还在… 发讯息给前台，找人来现打扫，我们就站在房间里等。 当时房间显示28度，我降低到22度，等了快一小时也没开始工作。来的服务员鼓捣了好久，説只能调到最低让我等着。正好像是经理的人路过，説我们这只有地暖，没有空调！！这么基本的设施服务员居然不知道？？接着让服务员帮忙铺个梳化床，他把被子放下就要走。我説你铺一下啊，他居然直接説“不会铺”。我简直惊呆了，客房服务员不会铺床？？ 第二天前台更离谱了。我问停车费怎么付和摆渡车在哪儿坐，她一遍遍跑去问旁边的人，最基本的讯息都不知道。晚上想再问点事，看见三个人站在那儿聊天，我直接不想问了，估计全是来混日子的实习生。 退房的时候把卡还了，前台就皱个眉头説了句“行了”。我再次问停车事宜，没一个人能説明白，就指着个牌子説“写着呢你自己看”。我一看牌子写的都是入住事项，根本没説清楚。 总之这是一次彻底失败的选择。酒店除了滑进滑出的地理优势和设施，在服务、衞生、员工管理上全面崩溃。高昂的价格换来的却是实习生级别（感觉连实习生都不如 明显0培训直接上岗）的混乱服务，请后续旅客慎重考虑

  房间离雪具大厅很近，非常方便。这里住宿即使没有滑住套餐，也可以享受雪具雪票的8折优惠，而且一天雪票是24小时制，补足8小时上学时间，所以不用担心来晚了。 洗手间的热毛巾架对烘乾面罩啊，手套啊，袜子啊，特有用! 服务人员服务态度特别好，主动介绍各种权益，为客人着想。雪具大厅的服务人员态度也很好。
