总体感觉极差，作为一家星级酒店，晚上九点钟我们到店，说是网络坏了不能办理入住，要等。我们在张家口没有来暖气的酒店大厅里冻着等了半个小时，后来决定先出去吃东西再回来办理。早上早餐写的7-9点，正常酒店会在闭餐也就是9点再上最后一波菜。我们八点五十五到，进来以后什么饭都没有了，服务员刚开始不肯上，说是九点闭餐就是没饭了。没饭了你为什么还让我们进来？还刷了卡呢！我们餐厅里一大波人都等着没饭吃，最后大家强烈要求摆答应再炒几个菜。
这就是一个所谓星级酒店的服务，真不知道这是怎么定义为星级酒店。就一个字，差！
