前台的服务很好，很细心也很有耐心，要给予嘉许，服务是超5星级的素质，给10000个赞，很欣赏她们两个小姑娘，我只是一个客人订一个房间，她们也是尽全力去服务我，入住的太晚了有些饿了，还主动给我送了牛奶，细心的给我介绍房间有赠送的饮料、矿泉水、咖啡等等，真心的非常感谢她们！酒店有这种服务态度的员工，会增加不少客人！

每次来张家口都会选择入住东升酒店，酒店地理位置好，属于市中心，附近药店商场超市都有，性价比高，前台美女服务细致周到，房间宽敞干净舒适，配有矿泉水和饮料，晚上客房大姐还给送来了牛奶?? 配有手写卡片，让人感觉很温暖，很贴心，房间带有免费早餐，是自助餐，品种丰富多样，服务员热情周到，停车方便有地下停车场??? （在前台扫二维码免费停车）

初次入住，大致看了下离客运站比较近，便选择这里……环境非常不错的酒店，交通便利，一出门便是市中心繁华地段，酒店前台很是热情，积极推荐了周边的游玩地方和特色小吃，房间也很满意，因为是临休，前台特别安排了向阳的房间，宽敞舒适还很安静，设施也不错，重点是房间还有免费配赠的水和饮料……总之是一次不错的体验，有机会再来还会选择这个酒店
