总体环境还可以，就是楼的正立面不朝外，不太好找，周边环境有点乱，节假日不好停车。前台服务员不热情，全程冷脸。但对于价格来说，还算合算。

1.位置很好，可以说是张家口中心地带吧，酒店前广场还有一个步行街，各种小吃店，就餐很方便；
2.硬件设施还可以，中央空调，但停车没有专门的停车场；早餐很好，品类繁多，对得起四星酒店的称号；
3.酒店服务一般，还有加强的地方；前台服务员好像有什么情绪，未找到顾客上帝的感觉；
4.卫生还行，大床很宽敞，可惜地面上有烟头烫过的痕迹，有点儿煞风景。
总体上来说还行。

感觉服务还需进一步加强，入住的时候没有给预订的标间，而且只登记了一晚。第二天还继续刷卡续了一晚。不过晚上从外面回来后又重新安排了标间。酒店卫生不错，挺宽敞，而且位置很好，楼下就有夜市和大超市，很方便
