酒店大堂有人抽烟，明明贴着严禁吸烟的牌子，但大堂经理也不去阻止：（硬件设施中规中矩，房间内的设施老旧，发霉，早餐不够丰富。卫生条件尚可，崇礼县内最好的酒店了，也就这样吧，不能要求太高了。

10月中旬没有空调，咨询前台说崇礼所有酒店统一15号才可以供暖风，百思不得其解。不过还好给加了被子。

提前10天预订的7间酒店标准间。周五下午（到店前一天），周六上午（到店当天）均打了电话反复向酒店确认。结果周六当天晚上到店后，被告知只留了6间标准间。这是在搞笑么？
