前台服务人员不及时，态度冷漠，和酒店管理人员有关系，毕竟对于下面人只是一份工作，早餐很差，整体水平待提高，希望冬奥会能整体提升一个档次，别丢了国人的颜面，服务生整体水平欠佳。硬件可以 但是软件必须跟上，

环境高档，价钱公道，非常合适，要热水有热水，还安静，门口还免费停车，安保指挥得当，前台办手续的姑娘利索，很快就办好入住手续，高端酒店好像应该配点水果，我是说套房内，这样套房的入住率会更高一些，总之我很满意，下次去张家口必住这个酒店
