总体感觉很好，只是我们在艺龙是先付了预付房的房款的客人，到了之后呢，排队了40分钟，一直等房子整理出来，然而却有一些付现金的客人，马上有房子住，这个事情我们始终不能理解😁

必须吐槽一下，这好歹也是五星酒店吧，餐饮一般般就算了，早餐的面包我是一个没吃，找个好点的面包师傅不贵吧，别从外面进面包了这可是五星级啊，另外早餐秩序太差了，好多客人拿着盘子找不到座位，还有因为抢座位吵架的，这样的环境影响了大部分人就餐的心情，建议大家去隔壁的华邑酒店，最起码服务员的素质，餐饮的标准比这里高很多，总之下次不来了
