如果有行李住这栋楼不方便，首先上楼没有电梯，没有行李滑道，上台阶很费劲……最有优势的就是地理位置好，服务很一般，我觉得主要问题是政府这块牌子硬，如果是私有制的，那服务就会大不相同了……价格上比其它快捷酒店基本持平有时略高。不过住这里安全、卫生是放心的。

按照此酒店所处本市区的位置及‘宣化宾馆’这块招牌的印象来看，这个价格还能够接受，但是和这个市区的其它快捷酒店价格相比，它的房型及服务价格就不低，这次我们也咨询了另外房间价格，价格比较高，按照本酒店所处3~4线城市来看，它比张家口一家新高档酒店价格都高，希望本酒店好好考察和对比一下全市区的价格，并比较一下服务，再来合理定自己的房间价位。

参加聚会入住该酒店。比较老的酒店，几栋楼，几种房型，酒店设施有点老了。在当地是不错的酒店。服务还不错。其餐饮不错，早晨也很好，有适合举办聚会的会议厅。
