在蔚县这样的地方，500多一晚的房费绝对是高价位，入住发现，房间设施往高了说，也就是北京快捷酒店的配置，开了半天车，刚进门休息，房门就被莫名其妙打开，因为从里面扣了防盗琏，没有进来，10分钟后，同样的事情又发生了一次，火冒三丈打开门，是服务员要进来拿东西……早餐免费，不过是无法下咽的*食，中午点菜，特意问了要快点的，两个人要了两个菜，一个凉菜上来后，过了45分钟才上另一个热菜，诺大个餐厅也就三四桌客人，等得人都在餐桌上睡着了，要了两碗米饭，催了十次，最后实在忍无可忍，自己进厨房，在微波炉上热的剩饭……本人艺龙龙萃会员，全国各地住宾馆不少，第一次遇到如此奇葩的酒店，真是大开眼界！

硬件设施很过硬，是第二次入住，只是半夜2点多有人入住，在过道中大声说叫，没有任何酒店人员规劝，软件有待提高
