宾馆装修很有特色，找到很多童年的回忆，大厅书架上很多书都是小时候看过的；还有一台可以随便玩的手柄游戏机；房间里还给提供小人书，大白兔奶糖和AD钙奶，很贴心，给人暖暖的感觉。服务态度也非常好，卫生卫生也很干净，一次不错的体验！

不是第一次去住了，环境和设施在张家口就算很好的了，适合情侣，比较有特色，这次由于各种原因，还免费帮我升房，特别人性，非常满意

这家酒店已经住过两次。非常好。最后这次在早餐后，我把自己的包忘在餐厅了，然后开车回北京。刚刚出了张家口市区，就接到酒店前台工作人员的电话，询问我是否有个包忘在餐厅了，我这才发现包忘在餐厅了。回到酒店，服务员把包交给我，令我非常感动。这里的工作人员真好！谢谢啦！
