房间很吵，前台办入住时，前台告知房间晚上比较吵，我说有没有不吵的房间，前台说有，但要加钱！无语了，我说免费帮我升一下，说不行！酒店说是4星的，实际比不上一快捷酒店，味道很重！

酒店问题：前台服务普遍不是很专业，态度不是很好，入住时，前台服务员没有主动问你吃饭了吗？如果没有，可以介绍你酒店及周边的吃饭的情况。还有退房时，前台服务员没有主动问你：昨晚休息得好吗，对我们的酒店服务及设施有何意见？这是许多酒店都没有做到的，包括五星级酒店也没有（我曾经住过的）。如果有这样的提高，一定会给酒店的水准提升更多。
