电梯超慢，开关也慢，标注载重13人上8人即超重，下了一人才行。另一个电梯反复自己开关，大家都不敢乘了。房间电话无标识，无法联系总台，只好用手机。房间地毯上满是毛发，卫生间内没有任何毛巾浴巾，没有拖鞋。找来服务员给了拖鞋，但毛巾等说洗不出来。没有热水洗澡，服务员说加热设备坏了。洗脸盆下水流到地上全是水，坐便地漏封闭不好，泛味厉害。地段较好，离大佛寺步行十分钟。离万寿商业街很近，三楼的甘州小吃非常好

服务优秀，入住退房快速办理。装修很新，床铺舒适干净，被子厚实暖和。有自己的停车场，在楼后面，大佛寺附近晚上车位依然紧张，这里很适合自驾住。

Good location near city centre, with most sites at walking distance. I stayed in a single room. Room was small but toilet large. Bed and sheets were good. Just needed some vacuum cleaning on the carpet at the entrance so I called the attention to the cleaning staff. Hotel staff were quite friendly and tried the best to help overcoming the language barrier. There is a massage at the 4th floor which is quite good after a long walking day. There are also tours announced at the reception. DanXia is the main focus but there is also one to Ma-Ti-Si Temple caves which is a very good option for a morning trip. Departure is from another hotel at 7:30am but it only takes 5min by taxi (5yuan) to get there.

还行，与四星有比较大的差距。市中心，距离大佛寺很近，吃饭方便。对张掖市的印象不佳，市区局促且比较脏。
