我现在还没退房，本人公平公正的点评。入住前打电话预约接站服务，第一个电话打不通，第二个电话一个男前台接听电话，直接说没有接站服务，让我直接打的去酒店；服务跟网上公示不符。在这里住了三天，第二天晚上回来，房卡刷不进，去前台询问，刚好遇到有人办理入住，男前台优先为他们办理，我懂的先来后到，但是一句“先生，请稍等”的服务话语也没说，让人心里有点不适；等待其他人办理完入住，面对我都质问“为什么房卡失效”，男前台轻描淡写的说，“办理入住时，没有给我登记三天，才导致房卡失磁”，没有连续登记是酒店服务出现问题，而这个男前台一点点抱歉的话语都没说，实在让人诧异维也纳的人员服务培训。酒店位置在张掖新区，就是新开发的郊区，离动车站也就三四公里，坐动车方便而已，找吃的很少，门口一家牛肉面，由于我是春节入住，只有这家回民有开店，早餐连续吃了三天牛肉面，吃了心累。酒店设施跟卫生还是很好的 如果不是这个男前台的服务问题，我是会给好评的。

这次住宿是旅程中住过最好的，内部设施与星级酒店可比美👍美中不足的就是套间内的格局有点怪，停车场有点小
