豪华大床房房间是真的很大，可是房间里有一个小房间，里面是下水管道，而且门是关不上的，最后打了前台换成了家庭房，酒店服务态度不错，家庭房一张一米五的床一张一米三的床，当天还降温了，一问前台，要到九点才能开中央空调，在我们再三要求下，终于开了，不过晚上一点发现空调又关了，换的家庭房，电视机和机顶盒都没有电，开不了，还有就是洗澡水一会热一会冷，其他都挺好的，在整个张掖来说，都算是很好的酒店了
