前天晚上住在靖边的名都大饭店，昨天早晨起来想洗澡，没有热水洗澡。昨天下午入住这个酒店时，专门问了前台，早餐洗澡的问题，总台回复：早晨起来洗澡，没有问题。结果，是没有冷水，纯热水太烫，还是不能洗澡！连坐便里的大便都没有水冲掉！这，可是挂牌四星，号称五星级的酒店哦！！？！
