入住的时候前台服务态度巨差，跟欠她钱一样，押金刷了卡不给小票，押金条也不给，后来特意跑过去问才给押金条，小票还是不给。第二天早上退房的时候也是同一个人操作，态度仍然又差又慢，全程冷冰冰+拒绝回应，问十句话答一句。早餐品种非常少，根本没有其他评论里说的那么好，味道一般。当天发现漏了一件衣服在酒店，晚上打电话过去问，前台接电话的仍然是同一个人，说自己不知道，态度极差，拜托她查一下，凶巴巴地答：客服都下班了，怎么帮你查啊！明天10点半以后再打过来！服了。这样的态度以后绝对不会再来第二次，怀疑那些给好评的都是爱受虐的吗？

酒店硬件还可以，服务太差劲。房间里没给地巾，洗完澡卫生间就很湿。房间里没给免费的水，放了一瓶没有任何价格标记的收费的水，不知道的情况下，喝了，结账的时候就要钱。前台姓任的那个小姑娘态度极差，爱答不理的。退房查房慢的要死，服务员都一直不动
