一个四星级酒店却只有三星级的硬件，而且设施非常成旧，估计这四星级是几十年前评到的，国有企业没人敢取消它的四星级吧！不过二百多元的价格到是低于三星级标准。酒店位置很不错，交通很方便，适合出游的人。

该酒店很差，首先是前台业务水平差，明明通过艺龙已经预订好了，但偏偏说没收到订单，非要我打电话重新落实，我只能照办，电话通后不久，马上就说有了，马上办好……无语！其次是由于第二天的旅行社约好7:25出发，问前台早上几点吃早餐，回答说7:30，而国际旅行社说7:00就可以吃了，再问前台，前台说是是是7点……再无语！第三进房间里水笼头里放出来的水是黄沙水，而且还没热水，再问前台，回答说今天全天停水，刚来水，要热水的话明天早上再看看吧，实在无奈，只能去隔壁超市买几大桶农夫山泉用……超级无语！

位置很方便，张掖一日游的起点酒店，就是设施比较老旧了，但是工作人员的服务态度很好，早餐专门为我打包了！

房间稍显陈旧，设施一般，卫生还行。酒店位置还好，离大佛寺等较近，步行就能到。早餐是自助的，品种一般。附近就有公交车可直达高铁站(张掖西)。总的来说出来游玩住在这儿还是挺方便的。
