和先生是去张掖旅游的，当天晚上7点到的，高铁站出来根本打不到车，我们两个人从高铁站走到酒店的。到了酒店被告知说预订的套房房间门锁坏了，给我们免费升级。于是由一位大爷（应该是酒店的安保）带到房间门口，他指了指门表示是这间就走了。门一开真的是大惊吓，根本不能称为是酒店，完全就是民宅改的，有4间卧室，灯光昏暗。我们马上要求换房，表示哪怕给我们降档也可以，但酒店表示降档可以房费没法退。旁边的工作人员在说门顶着睡一晚没事，还来来回回再次去确认门是否可以开。此时已经很晚了，我们表示只想尽快入住。最终协商下来是送了两位早餐。
此次入住ibis给我最大的感触是1、人员的配备和素质根本不像是一个国际连锁酒店应有的标准。我们边在办入住，另一边沙发上店长还和管理人员在争论着什么。安保居然就一位老大爷！2、房间的内部装修风格不统一，我真怀疑是不是山寨的ibis。

我的订单为到店付房费，选择到店时间是当天23点。结果当天21点26分酒店前台就莫名其妙打了电话说，房间只留到20点，如果要保留房间就让加酒店财务微信付房费，听着就像诈骗啊。宜必思太让人无语了。

在张掖同样的价格，可以订到市中心三四星的房间。这家主要是距离火车站近，除此之外，没有什么优势。附近餐馆，只有东方宫的牛肉面可以吃吃，还不错。

感觉不错，两个大床，让我们一家三口轻松入住，不足的是部分标间卫生间门透明，隔的玻璃也透明，没有帘子，可以考虑改进一下。
