酒店前台服务人员太差劲了。我自驾游来到张掖，办的闪住，由于酒店工作人员自己失误，少扣了房间10元钱消费，之后几次三番打电话催要，我正开车翻祁连山，没办法立即处理，想等晚上再办，但工作人员根本不管，反复电话，烦不胜烦。谁会欠你们10元钱呢？是你们欠顾客一个道歉！
