我一共住了三天，酒店各方面都挺好的，唯一一点就是打扫完卫生后，一次性的拖鞋每天都不会换，还说要另外付钱买。

很不满意的一次住宿，订的大床开房间的时候给我开成了标间，我下去要求换房，又开错了，一共开了三次才开对，卫生间瓷砖掉了，毛巾是破的…张掖酒店都是下午2点退房，酒店在未提醒我他们是1点退房的情况下，强制性的多收了我半天房租
