刚进入酒店，首先映入眼帘的是宽敞明亮的大厅，其次就听到前台服务生齐刷刷的问候语，给人宾至如归的感觉，入住当晚洗澡时出了点意外，不小心打碎了浴室玻璃，服务生闻声前来关心，先是帮我处理了手上伤口然后积极安抚我的情绪，而对我损坏了设施只字未提，我在这表示非常感谢，对于我们经常出门在外的商务客来说，贵店这种细微之处的服务很少遇到，毕竟全国乃至世界各地的出差对我们来说是家常便饭，酒店对于软件方面所下的功夫也因此事而得以体现。这酒店让在外的人感受到归家的感觉：这里有温馨如家的环境，这里有住家的可口饭菜，最重要的这里有热情周到、宾客至上的服务，如果有机会来张掖，我还会选择这家酒店！
特别是工号008，前台很热情。长得漂亮，又大方。
