用了艺龙这么多年了，这次预订是最差的，这是最后一次用艺龙了，订了一间房，在备注里选了一定安排大床房，预订成功后发了两条短信确认，里面毫无提及是大床还双床房，大老远开了两个小时车到达酒店，发现艺龙给酒店的订单是双床的，打电话给艺龙，不能换大床也不能退款，一直把责任推给第三方旅行社，我钱是交给你们的，你没办好就算了还推卸责任，没有大床房你们不会打个电话通知下吗？一定安排大床房这句话是什么意思你们不懂吗？打了一小时的北京12315一直打不通，今天去北京工商局留言投诉去，奉劝大家别在艺龙订了，真辣鸡！
