一家人从广东开车8个多小时过来探亲，住的云顶楼2间双床房。晚上楼下KTV声音非常吵闹，加上房间隔音不好（五星级酒店居然隔音不好。。。），长途跋涉，本就疲惫的一家老小更没有得到应有的休息!!!
服务员告知，KTV是春节期间特别开放的，会开到凌晨2点。我很不解，我们花了2000多住一晚所谓的五星级酒店，却无法得到最起码应该安静的休息环境，我们的精神损失谁来补偿?
漳州云顶温泉酒店，非常失败的设施和服务，今后再也不来。

作为一个度假村 大晚上的两点半居然在放烟花 吵得全家人半夜起来大眼瞪小眼 无语至极 另外 订房的时候特意问了 每间房赠两张温泉门票
那我前天晚上泡温泉出来第二天早上还可不可以进去 得到回复说可以 结果早上过去一刷卡说我们的房间已经刷过温泉票了 再进去就要交钱 真是醉了 这种客户体验也好意思一间房收一千多

第二次来了，平时来的话性价比会很高，这次是春节期间来的，贵！酒店设施开始变旧。服务不错，餐饮不错！温泉也不错！平时来就很推荐！
