早上退房，酒店扣了我们10元钱，说是小桌子上的一个铁盒里的一包茶叶被撕开用了。那个铁盒子因为上面标注付费的，我们根本就没有动过，也没打开看过。我们将此情况同总台说了，之后，也与酒店总台转经理把此情况反映了，但他们不理我们，没有说法，10元钱算不了什么，但如此被酒店诬赖，让我们的心情很不爽，如同吞了一只苍蝇，旅游的心情被搞坏了，一个四星级酒店，怎么如此对待住客。我想问问酒店，我们住店的时候，你们的自费物品是否一一当面交代给我们了，既然没有，凭什么就认定铁盒子里的茶叶就是我们动了呢！而且你们服务员也承认 房间里的杯子和泡茶的用具我们没有动过，我们怎么就用你们的茶叶了。一个四星级的酒店，如此做法，可以说：流氓做法！
