真的挺一般。预定时明明有欢迎果盘，结果没有，打电话给服务台，服务员说有的，会安排人送，后来到隔天退房也没送，虽然不差个果盘，但服务确实不仔细。早晨起床竟然还看到一只蟑螂在地上爬，住过不少酒店，第一次见小强。还有去温泉的通道真的挺奇葩的，要从B1停车场过去，闻着一阵混浊的空气去泡温泉，就不能重新规划或用玻璃隔离一天相对好的通道吗？
