酒店服务态度很差，特别是接线员，这个酒店比较奇葩，房间不能直接打总台电话，而是要通过接线员，接线员态度恶劣，咨询一些事情，好几次没说完，她就挂电话了，反映房间很吵，服务员上来看了一下，说是要问总台，等了差不多一个小时，没人受理，房间太吵了，不好睡觉，卫生也很一般，性价比不高。
