现在这酒店也开始接团了，客人一多服务就没以前到位了，还是有点小失望的，有点吵，感觉前台多了很多新面孔，不过培训不怎么到位，答应送过来的苹果充电器，也没拿来，催的都不想要了，手机也没电关机了，不小心把刷牙的杯子碰碎了，一个漱口杯子30块，我也是醉了
