这次入住实在可笑，到酒店大堂发现身份证遗留在上一个酒店，然后当着服务员的面确认身份证第二天寄回。给酒店提供护照入住，店员竟然不同意要求我们去当地治安大队开身份证明，当时已经晚上十二点，而且当地大雨，如此服务员我们的也是醉了后经经理协调，同意用护照入住。房间在608没电调到609依旧没电，换房到601,晚上洗澡没有酒店香皂，浴室没防滑垫。打电话派人现送。硬件这么好的酒店完全被服务人员的素质玷污。
