前台服务差，啊姨服务差，反应问题不搭理。179一天实在是贵，广州胜高酒店又大又漂亮才是148。城市便捷酒店2月14号预定的第一天179房费，说退房后返现23元要经过酒店前台核实，根本不核实不通过，第二天应该是说收费156却还是收费179，我说在网上预定多一天，可以返现23块，前台***说没房了，我现在不是有房在吗，续费而已，酒店太偏僻，附近只有海滨公园，没有商场，出行不方便，还让我办会员卡，以后以后绝不住城市便捷酒店，垃圾
