一般的环境。一般的卫生。当晚凌晨一点左右到达酒店后前台居然说携程没有定单，查到有定单了又说和携程没签有网上支付的协议。到最后搞了一个小时才能入住，而且是叫携程退了定单再在前台重办入住。这也不能怪酒店，携程的管理也太差了，客户居然跟我说和酒店有口头协议网上支付，我的天，像携程这样的大公司，居然还会有口头协议出现，真的无言了！
