首先，艺龙自身问题！明明预付款了，到酒店结果说查不到订单！！打电话过去问，才说自己系统出了问题！！！让我父母在前台等办理等了一个小时，不是一句对不起就行的！！！！！！！！然后，酒店卫生一般，酒店设施比较陈旧，有气味，真的不值这个价格！！！！！！！！！！我父母说酒店旧了，以后都不住了！！！
