听说这家酒店是老牌子，房间很大，就提前了几天订了6间房，并且当天已经收到确认订房成功的短信。但到入住那天因为会晚到就打电话去留房，竟然说没有接我们的单……说价格不对，就是想涨价嘛……后来投诉艺龙才帮忙解决。订这家酒店一定要提前打电话确认，随时翻脸不认。
