十分的不高兴，服务态度差，前台服务员太有个性，处理问题不够人性化，例如早到好几个小时却在3点才给入住办理，就因为某些原因😤😤，地板有头发，算了，毕竟是员工问题，我原谅。可是，隔壁超级无敌大声的KTV，彻夜未眠，隔壁DJ太激烈了😖😖，。看来贴在墙壁的荣誉都是曾经的，是过去式了。我表示得不到休息的不满😫😩😤😫😩😤😡

因为4楼是KTV，祝5/6/7楼比较吵，这次住的是新装修的9楼，吵不是很吵，但是因为新装修有很大的异味，而且觉得收费不合理。
