上次来住给了个差评，客户很快就联系表示道歉，这次再次入住酒店就送来了水果表示了歉意。对于住客来说，有时提到的一些意见就是希望酒店能够给予改善，做到尽善尽美。对于一家老牌四星级酒店来说，能够给予的这种态度，就已经符合认真履行星级酒店应有的标准了，给您点赞。

房间有浴缸，但是看着不是很干净。冰箱看起来不错，床头没有充电插座不太方便。吃早饭时服务员态度不是很好。

房间比较旧，自助早餐根本就不是四星级酒店该配的，比商务酒店还差，甚至连纸巾都没有，问服务员，回答就是没有，你爱投诉就投诉
