酒店前台打电话说我遗留下来了拖鞋和洗面奶，然后拖鞋还给我了洗面奶不见了，问了几次洗面奶酒店都没有给答复，就一直说问然后就没有然后了。服务态度不好，住了预定了很多间房间，态度真的很差，以后不会再住，打扫卫生不打扫清楚还让客人自己上去找，找到了，然后又说少了。

服务态度不好，住了预定了很多间房间，态度真的很差，以后不会再住，住完了说房间少了茶具，然后我老妈去房间找，找到了，然后又说一共有4个，少了一个。我入住的时候也没有数是几个，打扫卫生不打扫清楚还让客人自己上去找，找到了，然后又说少了。冰箱也是没有开的，里面也是空的，不像一个套房，里面的wc没有门，外面的wc墙壁是空的可以看到，所以外面的wc基本上是不能使用的
