房間夠大，舒服，干淨衛生。但水上樂園那邊就不行了，水质很差，衛生也不好，女賓那邊好臭，要遮住鼻子走過。溫泉池和有水的池像半個月沒換水一樣，老泥很多，反正就是不衛生，又不是不收費幹嘛不按時更換水呢，反正就是瀨!晚飯去了贵宾房那邊吃飯，被帶到一個沒空調的房間，熱到汗水直流，我們消費不給人民幣嗎，弄個沒空調的房，又不是沒房，差勁了。總體來說不行。早餐那邊的衛生更差，餐布不換，苍蝇很多，飛來飛去，早餐食材一般。服務行樂有需提高服务质量 。
