优点:位置风景秀美，开窗可以看到海景，出门右转便海滨公园，左转沿观海长廊直走是渔港公园，有公交直达火车站，交通便利。餐饮，银行，药店，超市四周都很多。
缺点:水温不足，客房都在4层一下，离路边近，有些吵。被子床单睡着有些痒，酒店提供的早餐种类太少。
