酒店环境不错，有停车场。本来酒店只提供二张早餐券，后来我们三个人就送了多一张早餐券给我儿子。下次在廉江住宿还是去凯登。

这一次入住很是失望. 我们车停在停车场被被人撞到了，第二天发现去找保安经理调监控，发现当时酒店值班保安人员在现场看到我的车被撞.而且他还指挥肇事司机停车. 发现撞到了我车 然后再指挥肇事司机把车停到另外一个车位.请问这是什么逻辑.在监控里面看到 到时肇事司机是站都站不稳，肇事司机当时递给保安人员手里 视频里看不清楚是烟还是钱.酒店经理解释 说夜里看不清楚. 当时掉查看监控酒店经理还说找不到当时值班人员.
问题是 过后酒店一个电话或者是有关部门负责人都没有联系过我们.给我们任何的答复.
真不敢想这样的酒店还会有人去住.
可气的还有当地的交警.报警了 还推三阻四，拖了1个多小时才来到酒店. 其中一员交警态度极其恶劣.
口口声声说要扣留我们车20天 慢慢调查.说他有20天时间去调查. 说他们没空理这种小事情.
想问一下 我们是受害者.我只需要调查看当天晚上的车牌.而且时间地点都一清二楚. 我报警反而是我的不对.
重点是肇事者是醉驾开车逃逸，万一开车撞到人呢？这是不负责任的态度！
但愿有关部门能够重视这些问题. 我们是纳税人 有权力去维护自己权益.
失望至极！
