首先说下卫生，虽然知道很多酒店都是不换床单的，但是床上有3根弯曲毛发还是挺恶心人的。再说下服务，整个酒店是没有交接的，打电话预定说好的事情，开房的时候前台不知道，下午和前台解释好久，晚上想再确认又不知道，晚上说好了第二天的前台又不清楚这件事， 自己不说清楚的时候还要说你们没问，态度超级差。五楼的餐厅，服务人员不说普通话的，不允许外省人出差到你们这喽?下次不会再来的。
